I was angered at first, as if I were in the loo with a bad case of the trots and no toilet paper left for me to clean myself with. but then, someone heard my cries of despair and shoved a wad of paper under the stall...suddenly, the bright side appeared and all was right with the world and this 968.

I am selling my mint condition 1982 Porsche 928 with only 79k original documented miles. Always professionally serviced at Huntington Porsche. I have a stack of service records. It really didnt need much over the years just mostly routine maintenance. The car always starts right up and performs like new. It drives smooth and straight. The clutch feels like new. Everything but the fuel gauge works as it should. Yes, even the clock!

I like Guards Red on a 968 Cabriolet nearly as much as I like single-ply toilet paper, bus drivers, doilies, the German police, and I might’ve mentioned it offhand once, but being licked by a cat.
I have nothing against the color, but does make me go a big rubbery one. My 911 is Guards Red, and it looks absolutely perfect on her voluptuous figure…in fact, it really flatters her beautiful, wide hips and accentuates the iconic swoop down her back. Not on a 968, the complete opposite happens as it tends to overbear the subtle creases and gentle bulges of her hips and shoulders…and it makes her rump look as attractive as an 87 year old in a thong.
But I’m digressing, I should be talking more about the car and less about my dislikes and Freudian connotations, both of which I’m sure you could care less about. So let’s get to it then…
I used to love it when my parent's Audi 5000S needed to go the dealer for some repair that usually involved the power steering system.
it was the mid-eighties, I was just becoming a teen and what that meant for me was chance to be intimate with the Porsches in the showroom. it was also an opportunity to collect every single brochure, pamphlet, poster, or anything else the factory decided to print on paper about its models.
I never went home empty handed.
The finds, the goods, and the opportunities are all here and posted daily.
